RETURNS

Perfect Fit Fashion & Accessories - "Express Your Style for Less"

Dear Customers,

 

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your shopping experience and purchase(s) made at our store.  Please be sure to read our return policy in its entirety.

 

The following return policy applies to purchases made online and instore at Perfect Fit Fashion and Accessories.

 

  1. Due to Covid and hygenic purposes, all bodysuits, shapewear, jewelry and other forms of accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, hats and scarves) are considered final sales and cannot be returned for exchanges, credits, or refunds.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

  2. In addition, all gift certificates and cosmetic items are final sales and refunds will not be granted.

  3. Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or refunds.

  4. For all online regular priced items to be eligible for an exchange or credit/debit refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags intact within 3 days of receipt.  After this timeline, your purchase is considered final sale and no exchanges and/or refunds of any type (i.e. debit/credit) will be granted. 

  5. All instore purchases are FINAL SALE.  There will be no refund or exchanges for instore purchases as all customers are encouraged to try on items before leaving the store.  This includes both regular priced and sale items.

 

Online Return Fees:

  • We are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs. 

  • For on-line purchases, refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.

  • We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
